In reality anything suggested could blow away 2 W0 15s, a single 1000rms 15 could put them to shame in the right enclosure. From your stand point, i would save up about 1G or so, get a Fi Q 15, or Level 3 15 m2, SSA Icon, etc, a 1k rms amp like a AQ1200 (great budget amp), 4 ga wiring, and you wont need electrical upgrades except for probably a new stock AGM battery to replace the one you have. Its all about the install, 90% install/design, 10% equipment.
