You can also try the little silver button and press it right or left that is on the bottom right hand side to change tracks as well. If you go into the menu and can reclaibrate to your fingers. Give me a call if you have any issues. Does his unit look like this? I mean the first minute is ok but that thing just really starts digging deeper and deeper in your earhole till you cant stand it no more. Ive had it for about 3-4years max.
