tctdh11
Man you guys are bumming me out. Figured there would be some excitement over such a big build in this tiny car. I'm too impatient to look at short bursts of progress. I like to wait till shit is done and read the whole damn thread and finish it off with a hairtrick vid. Haha that's understandable. And trust me.. there will be plenty of vids when I'm down in Daytona for SBN are the Hex really that good.. have not herd much about them.. For retailing @ around 700 dollars are they worth it? All the sets I have heard sound amazing and loud. I've never had power to mine just been sitting in the box for about 8 months just never got around to getting them in my doors yet. I didn't pay half of what the retail is on them. If I wouldn't have gotten a deal on them I definitely wouldn't have been using them in my setup. Are they worth it? I think so but not at retail. THEKINGsBACK
yea... im doing some research on new comp sets.. because i dont have the skill or knowledge to really go the pro-audio route, so im looking for a great set of comps that maintain the sound also while getting loud.. Ive tried all the JLs, Infinitys and fosgates, Polks and still wanting something more.. he wouldnt be the first to say they did a 167 with a system like that (one that clearly DOESNT), but i have to say, he didnt beat me anywhere, ive never competed against the guy. If he thinks his does a 167, mine would probably put him in a coma. :hairtrick:
tctdh11
Welp fellas I've been playing military for past 2 weeks so that's the reason for the lack of updates. I'm in Tucson right now and will be home tomorrow which I will be getting right to work. I know there's something I'm missing... Oh yea! Subs got in Thursday I'll post up the only pic I got from them and will be posting up better pics when I get them on Sunday.
