THEKINGsBACK Posted January 11, 2012 Report Posted January 11, 2012 So my jeep has a factory amp.in it.. but I paid somebody to bypass it for me.. well I don't have a lot of time because I'm trading in the jeep Friday for another truck and I want to get my amp out and having the factory radio back in an playing.. so my question is what's the best way to unbypass a factory amp he wouldnt be the first to say they did a 167 with a system like that (one that clearly DOESNT), but i have to say, he didnt beat me anywhere, ive never competed against the guy. If he thinks his does a 167, mine would probably put him in a coma. :hairtrick:

I will bet that wires were cut and will need to be soldered back together. Some unbypass jobs can be a real pain, especially since you wont know which wires go to what speakers.

onesantaever Posted January 12, 2012 Report Posted January 12, 2012 I would would do what n8ball2013 said and just put it back in and call it a day most places wont even check and depending on where you trade it in at they may just send it to auction and not worry about checking the radio
