That the only place that you don't get any kind of bag. perhaps you missed the huge carts they have full of cardboard boxes for you to grab and use this. and also because you dont go to sams to buy small items, you buy large quantities which wont fit in a traditional plastic bag, however, at my local sams ive seen plastic bags at the large cart checkout of all places.
