Right now i have 2 kicker CVR 15's, my question is what would be more of a hassle, to sell the 2 15's i have to get Kicker 2 CVX's,look for better subs, or just to add 2 more CVRs.

do u have the electrical/amp power for 4 CVRs? If so do that i guess, i mean its more cone area and it would be louder.

I would suggest look for better stuff... just my opinon.

I probably wouldn't bother getting more CVRs. How much power are you running? And what would be your budget for new subs?

Sell them and get a better brand.. I had 4 cvr 15s that i just sold, got loud but It still left for more to be desired..

there is nothing wrong with kicker, they make very quality equipment.

if you have enough room and electrical to back it up 4 cvr 15s all the way.

ok application wise, upgrading to CVX's without upgrading your amp won't do much, if anything noticeable. increasing the total cone area will make it louder.

BUT unless you're getting wholesale prices on kicker gear, you can do MUCH MUCH better for the money.

imo, 2 CVXs, i used to run CVR 15s and they arent in the same league as the CVX. going from CVRs on 1k to 2 CVXs on 2k is a whole new system.

Any Suggestions on another sub for a better cost ? i have a 06 impala by the way. nothing too expensive,around the same cost as some CVXs or 4 CVRs or cheaper, im just looking for a some subs that can get me 2000 watts.

I agree with hairybeavernuts......get some better subs......just ask dudewith4inches how much money he lost on all his Kicker gear when he stepped up his game......I wont lie, I had some Kicker subs that I lost my ass on too....we live and learn.
