Stee-Z
Ive been wanting to learn how to boost and remove clipping from songs, just for fun when i'm bored. I think it would just be fun to listen to something you boosted and cleaned up for yourself , but I don't know what kind of software to use. So my question is Does anyone know a good free software to do this with? And any tips would help out great, Thank you!! MrSkippyJ
you can't really remove clipping that has already been recorded into songs. KillaCam
What he means is there is no way at all to remove the clipping after its already there. So after you boost/edit the track the clipping is still there. Decaf
you don't boost a song then remove the clipping from over-boosting you boost a song til right before clipping and that's max unless you quiet other parts of the song to allow more room for bass

Chally
I think you can use audacity to boost and slow songs. Not real sure as I'm still trying to figure out how to work it.
