you have to sign in under your accont go to the fourm , then while still signed in under your account sign in under another account and go to the fourm and find the account you want to give money to ... ie..

mrwigglezdj is my account,

and shadowtearz is my ole ladies

i open both accounts in different windows and put both in the fourm section and at the very bottom of the page it shows the users list of the fourm, i would look while on my ole ladies account for mrwigglezdj in the users and click on that name and on that page you see the part that says donate/give moola to so so

well thus far they have paid everyone without problem, that is only a bilaw because of different states have diff laws agains gambleing in home on the pc, and its for their protection..but they havent used the rite yet, and yes it is a waste of time but its better than tryn to find something to do online when youre bored or noones posting on the fourms
