I have about 5' of 4Gauge I'm not using, I could ground my 2nd battery with that, but I don't know if it works that way or not. My first battery is hooked to the frame with 0-Gauge. Quote

Asking is more direct, and includes the variables of my particular situation. However, I understand what you are saying.
