There's just a place for everything, and the guys on here will help you out before spitting in your face like most forums. I actually commented to someone the other day, that the mods do their jobs on here, instead of letting things run crazy with ewars, or keeping people from speaking their minds like most forums, and I like that. A good mix, great people, and really good helpful info. I use to do road construction for 2 years. I operated bob cats and tractors, i can lat blacktop and drive dump trucks. I did chip seal and seal coast jobs. I did a lot of blacktop jpbs in fresno and bakersfield, that had us laying blacktop 12 hours a day. and then go back to the motel to get some rest and back at. I was the formen for the company, so whether i worked 30 minutes or 14 hours i made 140.00 a day. But i did all the paper work and stuck with decided if it was worth it to do a job, or if was too much over head, and too much work for the money.. My bosses only showed up when it was time to do all the blacktop or operate other machinery.. If i had to grade a driveway 3 miles long, i was incharge of getting all that done, and call them when it is ready. Like i said, I worked for an internet company at 16 years old.
