The stinger power supplies I have connected in parallel, all (4) 8 gauge charge lines go to a 1/0 crimp terminal that ANL 200 amp fuse, then the short piece of 1/0 to the + on the buss bar. All the 8 gauge grounds and negatives go to the negative of the buss bar. Then both controllers have to be pressed for it to run at 14.4 @ 140 amps. was wondering if you could go into more detail about how you ran the wires through your cab and into the toolbox...was wanting to do it myself in the near future so was hoping to get some pointers from someone who knows what theyre doing lol Everything goes thru the firewall 16 1/0 grommets 8 on driver side and 8 on passenger side, passenger side is sealed up with urethane. The 8 1/0 lines on the driver side go thru the floor in the rear of the cab and then come into the toolbox in the bottom via a 4.5 inch diameter PVC pipe. The passenger side 8 1/0 lines go thru the back wall with an accordion boot, also sealed with urethane. The holes were cut with a 4.5 inch bi metal hole saw, the one is the floor was a BITCH lol. That is about it, anything exactly that you want to know, let me know.
