You might wanna try some dub music. It's what dubstep took alot of it's basis from but it reminds me alot of reggae. But the one thing it shares with dubstep at least is the bassline or so it sounds like it on my computer's speakers. Here's a link to one of the songs I like.

Bringing back this thread because I love reggae. Listen to it all the time now. Ive spent a lot of time in the islands on the last few ships Ive been on and I have a lot of hawaiian friends at school. None of my favorite reggae songs hit crazy hard, but some of them are pretty good. I listen to mostly Hawaiian reggae and J Boog is one of my favorite.

Two of my favorites with some good bass. Nothing crazy though.
