with 2 amps strapped at .8 i rose to 2.2 ohm so i would assume rise would be less, with more amps no? sometimes its fine others not so much

i keep voltage around 13v, electrical is good.. but not up to par yet, 900A of alt and 8 batts ( 6 hc2400s and 2 oddesy 2150s)

i think its your load. I hate when people say that your amp will never see the load you wire to when it most certainly does. I dont think tis electrical. if you maintain decent voltage

Rising to 2.2 ohms at what frequency? If the thumps are at or near the tuning point of your box, you won't be rising much at all (maybe to 1 ohm, if that). Don't count on rise to save you on music as it is dependent on the frequency being played. Oh, and if your coil jumps out of the magnetic gap: say goodbye to rise. The impedance will drop to nominal.

Edit: Where are you checking voltage? Batts or amp? Check it at the amp.

Maybe it can't take .35 daily? Assuming because I'm having the same issue with my bc3500, voltage drops, amp shuts off for a mili second and turns back on whenever it drops a low note.

Edit - voltage drops going to the amp, and barely drops on my battery.....kinda confusing but you'll get it of you really think about it.

How do the Japanese feel about bass?

You know that since 03/11/11

Progene? I just saw that stuff on CNN. They said it makes your junk shrink all up. lol.

im pretty sure the op wont even notice if it gets even smaller.

its probably a rise issue. people with amps wired down into oblivion tend to roll up the volume while burping to not get the amps to protect. if they were to just press play with the volume full tilt, the amps will protect because, i assume, rise cant take into effect that quickly.
