Personally I don't like that cpu cooler. There's better ones to be had for around the same price. I would also look at different memory. I use to be a fan of Patriot but have had issues with the last few things I've bought from them and it seems their quality has diminished. Also, go on google under shopping and search for all the items to see if you can find them cheaper. I did that with my last build and ended up saving ~$250.

He was taunting me. He's all like "come at me bro!" So I'm like "I'm coming at you bro!" And he's like "hey, fuck you" *chomp*. Then I killed it. I win.

^^^ you have truly taken being a lazy fuck to a new level tonight, an MRE. WOW

Is it just me or is the motherboard link broken? It brings me to the memory page. i hope you picked out a good board! The rig looks nice and is definitely a nice budget build.

CRITIQUE LAND (don't read below if you get butthurt easily)

I know you didn't really state what this machine is used for but I'm assuming gaming due to the choice of other components. A 6-core processor is overkill. For the price of the FX- 6100 and the 6770, you could instead do:

Phenom II X4 Black Edition (overclockable) - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103995

Radeon 6850 1GB (Sapphire) - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102908

OR

FX-4100 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103996

Radeon 6870 1GB (XFX) - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150561

wtf is lolcats?

I'd def get a fat hooker if i had to resort to that kinda thing. I feel like they'd be grateful and work harder. Also its more bang for my buck, more real estate for my dollar if you catch my drift. its like the Costco of streetwalkers.

I was hoping for 150 :(.

I was hoping she would let me put it in her butt

That there is a nice graphics card if i do say so.

On a side note, i would suggest going with an Intel processor. Personally used both and I have always seen better performance out of Intel.

I would also IMHO say get a 1000w power supply. If you ever go cross fire you gonna want a better PS.

1000 watts is stupid overkill if you're not running 3 graphics cards. I have a pair of overclocked 6970's and at full load my machine pulls less that 650 watts from the wall on an 850 watt Corsair PSU. His power supply is more than enough for one card.

take a look at this article. shows the i3 slightly winning over the fx chip you chose

http://www.tomshardw...hmark,3136.html

 6100 not 4100

from what i have read the 6100 keeps up with the i5 and in certain games has higher fps
