Amart88 Posted March 3, 2012 Report Posted March 3, 2012 I am working on a building a wall for 2 15's and I got the brunt of it done but I am now planning to seal off the baffle and came across an unforseen issure. the seatbelt fastener in directly in the way of where the trim piece would go... is there any tricks or ways around this? heres a pic: My 2005 s10 blazer build. 4 zcon 18's walled.

I think Im just going to notch the whole box back an inch or two and clear them altogether hopefully. Just 2 little metal bulges in the back floor pan keeping it from going back further.. I might just notch the box a small bit in each corner as its double layered/w 45s. then reinfoce with JB weld or fibreglass aftarwards where I trimmed. If that don't work ima consider something like this probably My 2005 s10 blazer build. 4 zcon 18's walled.
