well i got the lights so i knew it would either be refurbished or a new one. maybe theyll fuck up and send me an elite i can hope.

is there anyway to find out the status?

ok so i just called 1-800-4my-xbox and the max guy told me that service has been completed and it has been shipped so i needed to allow 5 buisness days for delivery

lol at microsoft having the same MAX as sony, i work for sony and we have max also. my elite doesnt have any serial numbers on the outside i peeled all the stickers off mine so we'll see what i get back.

its been like 3-4weeks for me now i didnt get the red rings but i bsed and said i did and gave them an error code that complied with my problem so hopefully theyll fix it or send a new one. ive been playing ps3 alot lately now since thats all i have and i really miss my 360 its just not the same on ps3.

dont feel like starting a new thread since the title of this thread pretty much expresses what i feel. i finally got my xbox back last week but i didnt have time to hook it up and check so i did tonight. i plugged in my internet cord and booted up the 360 and immediately my desktop showed the media extender so i knew the network card was working again but now i cant connect my fucking controllers. ive tried every combination possible and the connect button on my 360 is pretty much dead or something. i can push it a trillion times nothing flashes on the 360 itself. if tried holding it for 2-3 seconds and then some and nothing seems to work the lights wont flash on the 360 to allow the controllers to connect it just does nothing. im pretty sure i am doing it right so i have a gut feeling im going to have to send this shit out yet again!! im really pissed fuck xbox and fuck microsoft. UGHHH!!!!

just got my tracking number today, looks like i get mine back the 26th, kinda gay since it was sent out to me on the 19th. guess they figure oh well on the way back to the customer.

that wont make a difference... that play and charge doesnt make it a wired controller. it just charges the wireless controller while youre playing. you can plug it into your computer usb port and play while it charges. all plugging it in does is charge it nothing more. its still a wireless controller. I called them up today and they said theyre shipping out another return box in 7-10 business days ugh fuck this is bs

anyone who sent theres back, how long was yours gone?

i havent had to send mine back but i did watcha show on em and they said that it could take months
