Thats the first test fit picture. Had to cut the top and bottom edges at 15 degrees to fit right. It was a lucky guess.

I'm curious, if you slam on the brakes or get into a head on, whats stopping your box?

I have a few ideas with mine but yours weighs enough to crush you. My last box which is nowhere near as heavy as yours will be, was roughly 150lbs with the subs in it (could be more, I never was able to lift my box by myself even with the subs not in it.)

An idea you could do is tape off and cover both sets of pillars (so not to damage) and make a mold of both sets of pillars.

After making the 2 molds make a front baffle that is 2 piece, one for each side, and counter sink a few bolts to hold in place (and hide later) so that you can mold the baffle to the fiberglass mold of the cover of the pillars.

Let these 2 cure completely overnight. The next day, make your marks for the seat belt access areas and trim and drill accordingly.

Now at this point you can make a couple backets that can hold the molds to the pillar plastic so the weather stipping will hide and help conceal the edges!

After you have the brackets made and mounted to the 2 halves of the "beauty" baffle, you can test fit and make any necessary changes. After all changes (if any) are made you start the process of glassing the bolts into the beauty baffle (strength) and then the fun part of bondo and smoothing.

After all the bondo and smoothing is done so that the 2 baffles are uniform and look as one you can wrap them in vinyl, and glue felt to the back of the molds by the pillars to protect the stock pillars and give you a tighter fit. After the baffles are installed and everything looks nice and uniform, mount the subs.

I would paint the main baffle front red, to match the car, while the beauty baffle is wrapped in a color matched vinyl.

Haha, reclines just enough. It is anchored to the floor in multiple spots and there are metal straps in back connected the the rear deck. Its not going anywhere, unless the baffle flies off.
