Travis Bam Bam Huffman Posted March 17, 2012 Report Posted March 17, 2012 i cant figure out how to get more bass from my system. im running 2 12" soundstorm slr's and a planet audio AC3000.1D in a ported box. it crushes ur chest inside the blazer but there isnt much sound at all once u get out. what can i do????

TeamHT Posted March 17, 2012 Report Posted March 17, 2012 Maybe OP just has a weak chest. I love everyone that has "chest crushing" systems. These are the ones that jump out before the bass even drops. Replace side mirrors with kick panels? Tell me...does this smell like chloroform to you?

Unless you're trying to do Park n Pound in the near future (which would be hard with 2 12's) you don't want bass outside your car. I assume that the only reason anyone on this forum could gather why you would want bass OUTSIDE the car would be because you want to be heard from far away. This indicates to us that you're the kind of person that would play loudly at stop signs, stoplights and in residential areas. A lot of people on this forum (including myself) find this to be very rude and inconsiderate. Bumping in these areas gives all us Car audio enthusiasts a bad name, and stop this hobby from reaching legitimacy in the public eye. Since the aim of this forum is to be helpful, I'll give advice instead of questioning your morality and causing anymore of a flame war. Don't worry about sound being outside your car. Worry about keeping it inside your car. It'll save you a fortune in tickets down the road. My Channel on YouTube.
