We are expecting more of these accessories to be delivered within this coming week, but we can offer potential upgrades/substitutions instead, if available. I'm having one of our Customer Commitment Representatives contact you directly to discuss the potential options. We've been unexpectedly busy for this time of year. It's certainly not a bad problem for us to have, but it's made it difficult to maintain the same level of customer service & quick processing that we are known for. We held a recent job fair to grow our support team, and our new employees are just finishing training, so we should be back to normal soon.
