Which box could be better?

Okay I am getting 2 DC level 3 w/ Level 4 softparts in 2 weeks and I want to get started on a box on Friday. I'm just indesicive on what design I want to go with, so I want some opinions. I already know the T line box (Picture one) is going to be better for the subs, but the L port one looks sick as fuck (Plus I'll have some wood left over to make myself an amp rack. Which would you choose to go with?

I've done both of those designs with the exact same subs. But I would recommend the first one, it sounded a shit ton better for me. Both were built to the same specs you have too lol. Fucking crazy.

My level 4s are in a box similar to the 2nd one only it is 13.5h 39w 19d, but has similar tuning with a little less port

Anything you'd recommend doing different in the design to make it sound better.. like materials and such?

Yeah, I only tuned it to 33hz so I can get the best from both worlds, rock/rap/techno/dubstep.

Are you using 10's or 12's? Mine hit with all types of music and it sounds good as hell too.

Oh sorry, I thought I put the sub size. They're going to be 12's....my buick has only met 10's and I wanted her to meet a different size once before she finally gives in.

are they going in a trunk? if so id make sure that the port on the 2nd box is not gonna be covered up or youll lose alot of output.

i did a box for two level 4 12s like the first one and it came out pretty nice.

yeah it's going in my trunk, I might go to the junkyard to find a back seat, cut out the center piece, and point the subs towards it, so the port fires into the cabin of the vehicle.

I want to be able to mount my back seat down so that it doesn't move, so no one can steal the subs unless the remove the mountings. I'm going to mount the amplifier in the back along with the second battery (I'm going to use special screws so no one can just steal my amp either)

The box will be also mounted down with 2 threaded 13" long threaded rods through the bottom of the box and screwed on the bottom of the vehicle's frame.

Not really much else you can do to it..... Just make sure all your cuts are straight and everything lines up....... 45's in the corners, which you already got. Only thing for you to decide on is using birch or MDF. Either one is fine really. I'm using MDF with no problems.
