The times and hours I work on this are few, random, and far between lol. I hit this whenever I have a few minutes I can get away at a time.

Figured I'd build up a few pics this time before I update. Work is slow with a wife, kid, and couple of dogs to deal with each night.

Like the last box, holes are pre-drilled and countersunk before glue'n'screw

Putting the port pieces together.

One thing that I've fucked up in the past, and tried to just cover up or pretend wasn't there, I'm bringing out and fixing this time. Do every build better than the last right? Well after I go off the specs from Torres and make all my cuts, my side pieces are always between 1/16"-1/8" too long and it either screws up the front or back boards because this happens. So they've been marked this time to be fixed so it won't be a problem this time.

Went ahead and started sanding the cutout holes a bit to smooth them out.

And to show you how much room I have to work in:

Those Corner clamps look insanely helpful! I wouldn't mind getting some of those.

Gonna let the glue dry for a bit before I flip it and glue all the inside seams to make sure it's air tight. Then gotta find my wood filler and see if it's any good still.

So my wood filler was a rubbery solid block, had to pick up some more. Luckily this stuff dries fast so I already have all the holes covered and one side sanded. I know this isn't the best stuff but I've done well with it and it's all just for smoothing over anyways so it can be painted over.

Laying some more filler just so that every seam will be completely smooth before I paint.

Also getting the amp placement ready, drilled some holes to mount but waiting til daylight to actually mount it so I don't wake up the kid. Getting some wire ready and dug out the 1/0 inputs so I can just pop them in and out of the amp.

And after holding the amp up, I decided I wanted to add a little more stability to the bat box frame, so getting some wood ready to cut to put here on the sides.

Stiffening up the frame, should help a bit but it was fair to begin with.

Cheap fuse holders FTL, little modification to make the new 1/0 lugs fit.

Mounted the amp, and getting wire cut up and lugs crimped on.

Sanded down the front and sides of the box smooth, little filler on the back to even out.
