They have the same thing pretty much everywhere, just not as broadened...If you read the law right, it specifies "with intent to terrify, intimidate, threaten, harass, annoy or offend". I think it's fair. Maybe shut some of these little bitches in high school up and teach them a lesson...I actually like the idea of this law, it's been a long time coming. Quote POTATO!
