Looking into some adjustable coilovers. Currently I have HUGE Box, Two Mayham 18's, Four Kinetic 2400's, and one Batt Cap 4000, and its just about bottomed out. Only drive with 3-4 batts daily now. FeArZ Posted April 9, 2012 Report Posted April 9, 2012 Helper bags may help I'm not sure. Stiff coilovers may work also. If you can I would email the coilovers companies and see what they say. My friend got some Mugen coilovers on his 240 and they handle his box with 3 SA-10's and a kinetic hc2000 just fine. BeatBox Posted April 23, 2012 Report Posted April 23, 2012 here is mine, i have atleast 500lbs of weight back there, i put front springs out of an accord i had they where H&R lowering springs they fit perfectly in there, recently i actually ended up cutting some of the coil to make it sit alittle lower it rode perfectly and it never rubbed so im thinkin if u can find a set of stock front springs out of an accord you can make those work just so you dont have to spend too much on buying a set of new ones i have a set of the stock ones, i would prob give them to you if you where local here is some pics cheap lowering sprins next to the H&R accord spring before and after(tire is a 205-55-15) before and after(no system) with the system recently lowered, cut this off the spring and it still road nice hope that helps
superdave07 Posted July 25, 2012 Report Posted July 25, 2012 I use ground control struts and ebay adjustable coil overs. the stiffer spring helps support the weight of all the audios, and the better strut helps with ride quality. My car has 200lbs of battery, four 12'' AQ HDC3s, two powerbass xta4000s. And some other odds and ends. It rides pretty good for as low as it is, on 18'' wheels with all the weight in the rear. heres my integra.... GC can make something for your specific application and Koni shocks offer adjustable damping and lifetime warranty
