The Architect24
I'm a college student at Western Kentucky writing a paper on how bass causes hear loss. I have two 12" Kendwood subs and i need to know how much is too much. Can someone please help me?

Bump4life
although it seems like an easy question to answer, loud highs will kill your ear way more then lower frequency bass notes. over time both will hurt your hearing but i think it was discussed that highs around 2000hz will have a worse effect on your hearing. unless bass is like 160+ db there are a couple posts on here where it is discussed. use the search feature. TRTC360
Imo anything above a 140 starts doing damage, but I read somewhere that you can.only go deaf to the bass frequencies you listen to, now if you have a shit ton of highs thats another story.
