If I can get a mount made I'm trying to strap on a second 320a alt, if so what are some recommendations for additional batteries, i would like to keep it in the XS or Kinetik family. Or basically how much more amperage should i add to the alts to satisfy the monster so that it won't eat me instead. Or maybe i want it to, i havent decided.

With 2 300a+ alts I would still use 2-3 D3100s. For me battery power trumps alternator power. The more reserve battery capacity that you can have the better off you are going to be when trying to keep your voltage higher for longer and the less stress you are going to put on your alternators, because they wont constantly be trying to keep up with the current draw of your amps because your batteries are basically dead.

the way i look at the battery power debate is. at what point do I think I'm ok? At that point I add one more. In my case I thought I would need 6. So ended up wtih 8. I cant have odd numbers.
