That truly pisses me off and my heart goes out to you! I've had that before and it sux, as I'm sure alot of us has had. Props to you for thinking of your girls and cheering them up. My daughters ask me everyday when I'm gonna get the "boom boom" back in the car. They know how much I love my work and take pride in my installs. My support is with you.
