iceman1575 Posted April 19, 2012 Report Posted April 19, 2012 I ordered a set of new HF comp drivers for a set of speakers I'm fixing up to sell (PA Speakers), ordered them from PE. Last time I ordered something was my Precision 4" ports, took a day to ship it from Springfield to Chillicothe, Ohio. Now, it's shipping via "Smartpost", left Cincinatti on the 17th, scheduled delivery on the 24th!! I'm in Ashland, KY, which is less than 3 hours away (if you know how to drive)...I'm HIGHLY irritated right now. About to call and have the order cancelled. What the hell has happened to this pathetic shitty ass company? I'm NOT happy at all right now... POTATO!

I always double check it, and it even shows what city it's going to in the tracking info... Call them and ask. Complaining here isn't going to do any good. They still have my business and they have yet to fail me The business is great, but it's just unreal that they're taking 7 days to take two small HF drivers maybe 150-200 miles at most... Gas cost money man, i know they arent losing my business i love them They're great, but the shipping has gotten so horrible lately. Used to be free shipping for me, even on small orders, and I would have it next day. Now, I have to pay almost as much as the parts are and wait 7 days for the same distance... POTATO!

It doesn't come directly to you, it has to be processed and sorted on the right trucks and checked in at different locations. Its not pe's fault, its just the way it works. Even if they were 20 mins away and they shipped it to you it could take the same amount of time.
