scooter99
Two Jigsaw tips from a carpenter. First of all, GO SLOW! Even when you think you're going slow enough you can slow down. The more you push the more the blade warps causing an unsquare cut! It can twist, turn, bottom out or in, meaning the top stays where you're cutting but the bottom finds a new groove in the wood and the blade will slightly turn out, or in, and the cut won't be square. Second, when you trace something out, and then cut it, leave the line. So like your port for example, you should try to cut just inside that line. You have to account for blade thickness when cutting. You could've had those a little tighter. Not saying it's bad, don't get me wrong. Just throwing some tips out there. Otherwise I like what you're doing. Glad to see you stepping things up a bit! Bravo! Facebook Page: S99Creations 2006 F250 Lariat Build
