DudeWith4x4 Posted May 2, 2012 Report Share Posted May 2, 2012 First of all I would like to state that I pretty sure that 100% of this problem is user error. Im trying to find the max unclipped. Volume on my headunit and I was doing so through my rcas that go to my 4channel. First thing I did was set my levels flat(except for my hz and q if that matters). Next I plugged the RCA into the top of the dd-1. Next I put the included cd in the player in and turned up the volume but cannot get the signal or The 40hz detect like to come on intell I get it to the full volume. Robert8252 Posted May 2, 2012 Report Share Posted May 2, 2012 What headunit. And you should be using a 1khz tone for your mids and highs. If the high pass filter is set to anything give 40 it blocks a 40hz tone and won't work.
