voltatge on amp dipping down to 10 volts question

Serious note. OP, disconnect the power wire going from front to back, and get your dmm and switch it to resistance and ohm out that wire and see if there is any excessive resistance.

you dont choose when the thread is done LOL what are you an admin?

fucked up fuse? move grounds? next things i would check. unless you have like a run of 8 gauge connecting the front batts to the rear batts, then something is abnormal.

why am i still being helpful to a guy that was/is an asshole to me?

edit: if you soldered the lugs to the wire, could be a cold solder joint.

There is a difference between physically tight and electrically tight. Wires should be both. Electrically tight meaning good connections, no corrosion, no unwanted resistance, no paint, grease, dirt, nothing between the terminal and the metal you are using as a ground, or power.

Hope they arn't too tight, because now you have to take them off and sand everything down and clean everything up. Because if you still have 1v drop on just a wire, then your not electrically tight.

cause you love me. but no sorry for being an asshole i just dont like people telling me my shits shitty or what not when i know i did everything right. i just recenetly got a 0 guage crimper, but now that yoiu say sotter points i might melt down all my old solder and crimp everything. i have the weekend off so ill figure things out. thanks everyone for giving advise it was fun
