someone asked me on facebook so i wanted to make it clear. The driver side fans suck air in, the passenger side fans blow air out. We did a few experiments like the "smoke trick" and it works FANTASTIC!!!

Hell yeah, I was gonna say, if you used smoke, you could make sure the fans are doing in real life what you planned them to do.

Great work.

I hate long signatures....

I'd love to see what you could do with a little Malibu. You got ALOOOT of creativity man. It gives me a lot of ideas and different perspectives on how to do things. The only thing keeping me from running with the big dogs right now is money. If it wasn't for that, I'd say to hell with it and start building.

This build is awesome!

I really like the air tunnel for cooling down the amps. I would like to see how much it helps. I bet your hands where tired after threading all those holes. Even if it was aluminum, that's a lot of holes. I had to tap one hole to put an O2 sensor in, and it was through steel took about 30 minutes for the one hole.

One question though. Since you used bed liner, and it has a texture. doesn't that effect the air flow of the box? I know you rounded off the corners of everything, so the bumps from the bead liner would make the air turbulent, and have an effect on the sound.
