I bet your hands where tired after threading all those holes. Even if it was aluminum, that's a lot of holes. I had to tap one hole to put an O2 sensor in, and it was through steel took about 30 minutes for the one hole. One question though. Since you used bed liner, and it has a texture. doesn't that effect the air flow of the box? I know you rounded off the corners of everything, so the bumps from the bead liner would make the air turbulent, and have an effect on the sound.
