8ight Posted May 10, 2012 Report Posted May 10, 2012 Just sold my Fi SSD the day I got it since my friend liked it so much and payed me a bunch for the sub and box I built for it. I think I want to move to 2 12s and keep my current amp (Cadence TXA-1000D, clamps at 1100-1150WRMS clean power). I need to get the pair for $300 or less, what are your suggestions? I was looking at: -Audioque SDC 2.5s -Punch P3s -RE SEXs and frankly, they all have their fatal flaws. My amp won't push the REs, the punches are overpriced for what they are, and I've never heard an Audioque and liked what I heard, but they are loud. Their 6.5s are surprisingly good, though. My temp system build log More box buildssome cars do over 170db with one sub, so clearly my two 12"s can do that in my car, with my knowledge too! look out bitches! I'm with captain stupid.
