The rca's were taped together because it was easier to run (they are untaped now) the preout voltage is 1.5 or so I believe. The bass boost at 0. Right now it's just grounded to the seat post. I know that's not ideal but I haven't figured out the best placement yet. Also, I have larger power wire laying around so I'll go ahead and figure out placement, use better wiring since I have it and I'm also gonna check to make sure all the edges in the box are sealed and see where that gets me. I'm also going to run the bass knob to the front (does this adjust gain or bass boost?)

I'm also going to run the bass knob to the front (does this adjust gain or bass boost?) better grounding (and easiest) would be on a strut tower bolt. sand paint off around where the lug will press between the metal and the nut. im willing to bet that your planet audio remote amp is a bass boost knob, so i wouldn't use it.
