yellowXB
Actually it was nice and clean. And I will admit I clipped the amp hardcore before I knew how to set gains other than by ear. The burnt resistors are what the -12db setting is for. I set the switch on when it should have been off for my RCA voltage and that sent tons of power to those resistors. The other solder points were just like that from day one. As for the shit load of flux that was all from the factory at ppi. They gobbed on the thermal paste and trust me it made a mess. I got the paste all over my hands, shirt and bench when I took the amp apart. One thing idk if you can see in the pics is the plastic guard that is stuck to the back plate of the amp. That protects the main power transformer from shorting out on the back cover of the amp since the transformer is so large and rubs onto it once installed. I just bought one of these PC2350's... It's a damn beast.. I got a steal on mine... $50 (and it worked) and I spent 15.00 for new a speaker terminal plug and power plug... I wouldn't sell mine if you offered me 1k... It works flawlessly for $65 total of real MADE IN AMERICA...

kickass audio
So I have been slacking. I didn't post the results of my test on the honey badger. It didn't quite do rated but I am not ashamed of it for how much abuse this poor little amp has received and how old the parts are in it. Anyways here are the goods and results of it. I have a few shots I stole from Meade where he had it in his shop. And a little bonus from the man himself..... 2004 GMC Envoy1 XS power S3400 batt under the hood and 4 XS Power D3100's battery installed in the rear by the amps0 gauge power wire from front to backAlpine iva-w205 touchscreen dvd/cd/mp3/ipod/am/fm/gps headunitSundown Audio SAX-200.4 amp for my mids and highs8 gauge speaker wire from amp to woofer270 amp Mechman AltRockford Fosgate T1652-s component speakersRockford Fosgate 3Sixty.2 sound processorRca's from Rockford Fosgate and Monster Cable14 gauge speaker wire for the mids and highs1 18" Ascendant Audio SMD Dual 1 ohm with custom Black & Blue carbon fiber and hand signed dustcapBox: 5.66 cubic feet net volume box tuned to 30.13Hz with 1.5" wide wooden dowels and 1.5" thick baffle1 DC Audio 5.0k amp wired to .5 ohms nominal with an imp rise of 1.35 ohms for the single AA SMD 18"Future Vision 8000k 50w bi-xenon projector HID's with 4300k 35w fog lightsLink to my build: Buildupdates/progress

Adamhigg
I've got 2 pc2350 and one pc1400 and then a handful of smaller power class amps. It's hard finding specs on the old school ppi amps especially. My pc1400 is single ohm stable but i dont think that was ever in the spec sheet. Is the pc2350 the same way I'm wondering? The way ppi rates the old amps is hard to figure out. From what i can tell the 1400 would be 400 watts but its over 2' long and the pc2350 is even bigger. I used my 1400 to power a single stroker 18" several years ago and i dont think 400 watts would've barely moved that sub
AlpineNut
Only complaint I ever had about the PC series was that certain amps RCA connectors were poorly soldiered to the main board causing major issues. I miss my PC250 & PC300 amps! 73456w9vbwevsdb sodtbsorutnvsd sdtuspdun sd d f gsdfiusd gdf n
