Honestly, I've never trusted eBay. And as for as I'm concerned, if it's for my vehicle, it better be either fresh in the package from the maker, or I'm the one to have taken it off the last vehicle so I can be sure to have anything and everything connected to it.

Try adding a relay, And see if it helps. That could be your problem, sometimes they just tell you shit, to sell their product, and end up needing more then what they say.

i had the 15k kit twice now, those kits are junky im not sure why maybe its the company but i recently just bought a kit from ddmtuning.com and its the best kit ive ever had ive had 100s of hid kits or you could just buy a relay for 10 bucks or just buy a compassitor maybe theres to much power or clean your grounds on your headlight harness. theres so many things that could cause it or check the wires and make sure nothing is touching.
