you going going to get a cage?

Not unless it becomes a requirement. I don't plan on crashing. :)

would mainly be for the stiffness. complemting the subframe connectors and what not. plus is excuse to get 4 or 5 point belts and racing seats haha

are you going with forged internals?

Of course. I'm building the block to handle 800hp, but will be tuned to 625-650. This setup will be reliable as fuck.

sticking with a solid rear axle?

Yep. I am considering a watts link though. To keep the rear end centered.

I'll be running the car at the Fontana road course and maybe some auto-x events.

i would throw a 150-200 shot of nitrus for the track.. just dont forget to use higher octane fuel and retard your timing a bit while at the track

going with a tr6060 or an mt82? imo, tr6060 with 4.10's out back would be fucking stellar. Close ratio's to stay in power effectively, and a SUPER SUPER SUPER fucking mega deep over drive 6th. Assuming one is snagged for/from a '11+ GT500...

Tranny swap isn't in the current plans, but a 6060 will go in when this one fails.

4.10's are too much for this platform and power. My current 3.73's are plenty.
