Letting you know now, the carpet has to be in the car when you glass the side. I made the mistake of taking mine out and glassing outside the car. Big mistake. Wasted 100+ in glass and resin on that enclosure :-(

Yeah, I was looking at the carpet piece last night. Its stiff, but not enough to hold the shape is does in the car.

Polyfill, this is about 3/4 of a 20oz. bag. Box is .98cu ft AFTER sub displacement. Does the poly look right? I don't want to pack it too tight.
