OrionStang
I just devoured one. They are fucking amazing. Gonna flame the jalepenos first next time and raise the oven from 375 to 400 to get the bacon a bit more crisp. I think go all cheddar no cream cheese as well. Broke_Audio_Addict
Nothing wrong with it besides the sodium content. That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals. OrionStang
4oz chicken thigh trimmed of skin and fat, 2 slices of nitrate free bacon, maybe an 1.5 ounce of cheese, and a pepper. The bbq is minimal, most cooks away. Had a side of pinto beans. Nothing wrong with this meal. SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread
OrionStang
Shouldn't have to do this, but there's always that guy who thinks he's a subject matter expert. Calories, Fat, Protein, Carbs Chicken Thigh- 135, 4.5, 23, 0 Bacon- 120, 10, 8, 0 Cheese- 105, 9.4, 3.5, 2 Jalapeno Half, 4, 0, 0, 1 Totals per roll- 364 Calories, 23.9g Fat, 35g Protein, 3g Carbohydrates. Add 100 calorie serving of beans that is mostly fiber and protein. Maybe some trace sugars/carbs from the bbq sauce. Any meal under 500 calories is just fine for a 340lb dude, just sayin'. Broke_Audio_Addict
I have to watch my sodium because of my blood pressure but other than that I eat what I want. OrionStang
I give no fucks about calorie counting or sodium intake if I'm cooking. I'll do that shit when it's not me I don't normally either. I know what foods are "bad", and don't eat them often. As far as sodium, this dish has about 28% of recommended daily, but Im fat and sweat alot and drink alot of water, not worried about it.
