Obviously I don't have a stone oven, so I cranked up my electric flat top to high to try and simulate. Seasoned the thighs on both sides with salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, ground cumin, paprika, a little turmeric (could use more next tme), and a little cayenne pepper. Cooked until there is a bit of a "texture", not quite a crust, on the outside and no pink left in the middle. I served it on lightly charred corn tortillas and topped with red onion, a little Tapatio, and sour cream. Yogurt would have been more traditional, but the sour cream has more bite. The more authentic way to do this is to mix all spices along with some plain yogurt and marinate the chicken overnight, so I guess ill call this a hybrid version. Had a pound of ground sirloin in the fridge that was close to expiring, so browned it up and made Sloppy Joe meat for tomorrow. EDIT: The chicken has a lot more red and yellow color to it, looks way more appetizing in person. Not sure why my camera doesn't pick it up. That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals.

I took the magnet and the motor off of one and j b welded it to the other motor and magnet. I had to wind my own voice coil so it would work. After I was done hooked up to 2 boss 5000w amps. And shattered my back and all my side windows came to this thread to recommend soundqubed and ct sounds. OP goes with soundstream. oh lawd.
