They were marinated in teriyaki for 24hrs first I smoked them with maple for 1 hour then grilled them over high heat they were finished with a chili sauce glaze right before taking them off the grill. They came out perfect That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals.
