Tilapia!!! Damn pre-cooked vs. post-cooked weight. Each Filet started out at 4.5-4.7 oz. frozen out of the bag. I need 5 oz for my meal. You can see how much I have to use to add up to 5 oz. lol.

cal 136, pro 28, fat 2.4, carb 0. <<< 8oz sweet potato to make up for that one!

I can't do the capers, too much vinegar flavor or something for me. I'm not big on vinegar flavor on anything though, looks freaking bomb though

Did some chicken the other day, little marinade on the front 6 pieces, little rub on the back 6 pieces, little smoke, Pics are at 15 minutes, 30 minutes, and 45 minutes, they got sauced at 45 minutes and the veggies went on at 45min but I forgot to take a finish pic.
