KillaCam Posted June 30, 2012 Report Posted June 30, 2012 I use a pad but I suck ass at cleaning my car, especially with no shade here. So ill just take it to autobell sometimes and they do good. I'll tell you one thing, I will never use spray on wax again. 08tahoe Posted July 6, 2012 Report Posted July 6, 2012 (edited) Yes i do mine by barehand as well... For the same reasons as SnowDrifter that it lets me feel if there is any impurities that could potentially damage the paint job.... For all you guys that REALLY like a nice finish... Look Into Crystal Glo... It blows MEGUIARS out of the water... No offense to meguiars because i used it for years but ever since my boss gave me a bottle of crystal glo to try i have never turned back lol I also use meguiars but I'm gonna try that crystal glo. Should I look for a wax for dark paints since my truck is black or is it all the same thing? Edited July 6, 2012 by youngsticky Quote
