StatingROBIN
Fi SSD's with the High QTS package, slightly above your budget, but worth it! Why do you want D4 btw? Do you want a final load of 1 ohm for two of them? You can get a final load of 1 ohm by wiring the Dual 1Ohm voice coils of each sub in series, than the two subs wired in parallel to the amp. I want D4 because i plan to run 24 in all and 8 on one amp so i need D4s
BobbyG2
Get the D1's, wire all four voice coils of Two of them in Series, and then wire the 4 sets of two in parallel for a final ohm of 1 Ohm per amp. BobbyG2
I hop this helps: RE is meh. not the same RE if youre budgeting 200 per sub you can look into SSDs level 3s SA-10s or skar vvx 10s. those will be the most common answers Going by his budget and application, I think the SSD's with the High QTS Option will be his best bet, in a sealed enclosure. If it was ported, I'd think that they'd be on a much more level playing field though!
