OrionStang
I just hope the m2 lvl 6 softparts can keep up with the thermal/coil handling. Kinda bullshit how the m1 lvl 6 was built, half-ass. Not a necessary comment. The level 6 was never meant to be built as a 12, but you wanted one so it was built with you knowing that it could fail. Shit tends to break when you put 7500w to one sub that was never meant to be built as a 12. The m2 level 6 was only going to be available as an 18" as I yesterday. I did however manage to peak rustys curiousity and he is going to try and build it as a 15" as well. No promises on the 15", but it is going to be tested to see if it can be done with the standard 12 spoke basket. The level 5s will be available as 12, 15, and 18s. 10s could be a possibility, but they will be more expensive than the 12s due to needing a mounting ring because the motor is bigger than the mounting hole. corona_jeff
well to clear some of this up. there was No issues with the m1 lvl 6 soft parts. The m1 lvl 6 was only an 18" version by production for a reason. when you ask for something outside this there is risks. For example a 4"coil 12" subs with 10" spiders have limitations. So the end user must exept that. The issue on that small of woofer is the spider allows more travel then the surround. So if you blow out a surround its user error not product failure
