Is Edead sound deadener any good for the price? Or is it just a complete waste of $$$$$?

I used some in my trunk a few years back. I would say its average deadener. I didn't notice much odor and is stuck well, but I layed it all on flat areas. It was a little harder to work with though.

I used it like 8 yrs ago. Did not like it. and when it got real hot it all fell off the top of the trunk lid

I got some of the older stuff before the change recently with a new foil back, it works ok for what you pay for it and i have it on my rear trunk lid where it has been for 3 years now with no signs of trying to fall off. With the new foil back i'm sure it is better than some on ebay and not as good as others but if your on a budget i would get that before most anything on ebay.

I used it years ago. Did not like it. I currently run audiotechnix, really like it!

i got some on my rear deck id say it works alright. did the job well enough for the small system i had running. i dont really know how well it will fair for big jobs though

I used it in the trunk and on the doors in my old Focus, It worked great if you Clean all the surfaces and use multiple layers. 2 Layers in the trunk Kill all my rattle and helped my score by .2. Id buy it again but Id go with the newer version. Great guys to work with also.
