Semper Posted June 29, 2012 Report Share Posted June 29, 2012 Well, there IS a break in period, but I don't know why people tote it as a good thing, like Zapanater said, the suspension is stiff at first, so it will get slightly louder the longer you've used it, maybe 1 to 2 dB is what I noticed on my 2 P3's, so not much. But that also means the accuracy will slowly decrease. It's a tradeoff... a 2 dB increase is massive imo. New Setup; H/U; Pioneer DEH-80prs. Wiring; 2 runs of 2/0 OFC & Big 3. Subs; 2 D1 DC Level 4s.
