Jessica Posted July 6, 2012 Report Posted July 6, 2012 Oh, i see how it is, you just need to convince yourself to skip a step. lol Just kidding, I do that all the time. I'll Ask my wife, "should i do this, this way, or just do this this other way? Cause one is way harder and the other would probably work just as well..." sprkn_ranger Posted July 6, 2012 Report Posted July 6, 2012 Shit I would go as far as finishing with at least a 600 grit. If your gonna do it, may as well do it right. OrionStang Posted July 6, 2012 Author Report Posted July 6, 2012 Been sanding all day off and on. Started with 120, then 320. Gonna finish up with 600. Pretty smooth already after the 320. I didn't realize AutoZone has sand paper up to 2000 grit!!! Quote SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread
Jessica Posted July 6, 2012 Report Posted July 6, 2012 Heck yeah, that stuff is great for oxidized paint. Get the car wet and gently run with some 2k then wax. I used to own an 81 f-150 it was orange. then i wet sanded with 2k and found out it was red, no lie! Quote Rest in peace, walled 87 accord build log 03' Corolla build with AA Mayhem inside.
