808faka Posted November 27, 2012 Report Posted November 27, 2012 nice clean setup what do you have as far as electrical?? i have a tahoe with 2 18 smds myself and got a triple alt setup. best money i spent yet on a system yet i can full tilt with about only .1 or .2 voltage drop.

Mr. Yuk Posted November 27, 2012 Author Report Posted November 27, 2012 I have 3 group 31 batts and a d3400 under the hood im waiting on an spx 300 amp alt from dcpower and the amp is temporarily mounted to the back of the seat. I have yet to get numbers but my amp seems to be working quite a bit more now that the other half of the board is fixed im guessing right about a 150 its a lot louder.

Mr. Yuk Posted February 1, 2013 Author Report Posted February 1, 2013 alright another update! still running the same ab500.1 andthe same box with some upgrades.. major changes would be im now running a dual alt setup with 3 new group 31 batts in the rear and d3400 in the front. after installing the dual alts i metered a 148.1 and after a day or two of trying to figure out what was going on i found out i blew my 150 amp fuses separating front and back battery banks. so on 10 volts i did the 148 we hooked it up and metered it about 20 minutes later and did a 150.4 on about 11.9 volts lol im gonna let these batts charge a bit and do some more testing. also broke my port in the middle so i need to add some more bracing to that as well.
