I helped my dad try to make some wine back when I was in high school and it tasted like vinegar. I was toying with the idea of trying to brew some beer with my friends but were still trying to figure out the details.

When time to bottle it up dont move the fermentation tank at all! Or it will get floaters in the beer. All the junk settles to the bottom of the tank so dont shake or move it around. They say to put it in a dark place to let it do its thing so plan to bottle in that spot to keep from stiring it up. And after you bottle it up make sure you use bottle that can handle the preasure. Watter bottles will pop. I use 20oz drpepper bottles on my beers and it did perfect

Belgium brews more or less 1150 different beers... and I must admit I never felt the urge to make it 1151. Got a beerbasket for my birthday with 30 kinds. 20 new ones and my 10 favorite beers.

Still, 1150 beers made in a country smaller than NY :yahoo:
